Mother and son having a quiet moment in the park. I was down the neighborhood park taking some photos when I noticed this little boy and his mother having a quiet moment. Then the little boy noticed me and looked right at the camera. I had no intention of using this photo however when I applied a few filters and then a painterly effect, I liked it.
For as long as I could remember I have always been involved in creating in some form or another. I remember growing up in an environment where creativity was encouraged. My Mom was my biggest influence and inspiration. Photography satisfies my need to create. When I have a concept of an idea of what I want to capture, I can sometimes struggle with what is in my mind and executing the way my mind sees the image. Then there are times when my images take me in a totally different direction, further than anything that I had in mind with great results.
