These vintage lighthouses have been around since the 1830s and have quite a history. They were moved around to different locations because of erosion but were returned to their original location on Cable road in Eastham, MA. Two of their lights were removed and recycled to be put on another lighthouse. It's been said they were nicknamed "The Three Sisters" because they looked like three women with white dresses and black hats from the sea.
I thought this would be great to capture for myself since I have two sisters.

For as long as I could remember I have always been involved in creating in some form or another. I remember growing up in an environment where creativity was encouraged. My Mom was my biggest influence and inspiration. Photography satisfies my need to create. When I have a concept of an idea of what I want to capture, I can sometimes struggle with what is in my mind and executing the way my mind sees the image. That's a neat little story and really gives this photo some interest. I'm not sure I've ever heard of or seen an example where three light houses were either built or needed. This is interesting, thanks for sharing . . .
